Questions about ordering
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address after you place your order. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.
To ensure short delivery times, we ship packages as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that orders can be canceled or changed. If in doubt, please contact our support team: info@puissancelevent.com
You can enter voucher codes during the ordering process.
All payments and credits are made in the currency underlying the purchase. We accept the following payment methods:

RETURN & REFUND
Returns:
- Anything purchased online can be returned to our warehouse within 14 days.
- To return the item, please email us at info@puissancelevent.com and we will assist you.
- The costs for returning purchased items are the responsibility of the customer.
Conditions for returns:
- All products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- All original Puissance Le`Vent labels must remain attached to the products.
Notes:
- The costs and risks associated with a return shipment are the responsibility of the sender.
- Please ensure that you retain the deposit receipt until the refund or exchange has been processed.

If our Quality Department is satisfied that the returned items meet the return acceptance criteria, you will be issued a refund within 10-15 days. The refund will be processed via the original payment method. The refund does not include shipping costs.
Any order paid for with a gift card, eGift Card, or store credit will be automatically refunded as store credit.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please contact info@puissancelevent.com and send us photos and a description of the defect. Please also provide us with your order number so we can locate your order.
We will get back to you as soon as possible and find a solution.
Shipment
No, we only ship to Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
Please contact info@puissancevent.com . Please send photos of the shipping box.
We will then take care of your request immediately.
This means your order is already packed and ready to ship and has either not yet been picked up by the shipping company or the shipping company has not yet scanned the package. The status is usually updated within 1-2 days. If the status is not updated, please contact info@puissancelevent.com .
